Have been doing SW since January 2011 lost 12kgs for my wedding in June. Since then kind of lost my mojo and regained 2kgs. Need to lose those plus another 5kgs to get to where I want to be. I do it at home do thought a diary may help.
All thoughts and tips greatly appreciated.

Watching the biggest loser is great motivation. Keeps me in the healthy eating frame of mind.
Just did a big batch of spaghetti Bol and chilli for the freezer for some meals this week for myself and my 2 children (3yrs and 18 months). Luckily they like veg !
Wondering if it's ok that I grate my veg in the chilli and spaghetti bol. Does that make a difference?

Ok didn't realise every time I updated my diary it made a new thing.
So lunch was the soup
Then went to a friends house and had 2 glasses White wine. Going to say 9 syns
Dinner was 1/3 bag of so juicy chicken so (11/2) syns with salad
1/2 tblsp olive oil ( hex)
Alpen light ( hex)

Looks like today turned into a red day


Not toobad and kept within syns although food was a bit unplanned and on a wing and a prAyer.

Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Blue dragon teriyaki sauce 1/3 pouch ( syns?)
Egg noodles chicken and stir fry veg
2 home made ginger bread men (10?)

Happy with my food choices. Seems like I ate a lot. Wish my biscuits were not do many syns:(

Now to start planning tomorrow.

Thanks for looking cai. And the reminder. Not quite sure why I didn't have them.

So today. Busy day work inter morning and then taking my little boy to a birthday party at mcdonalds. Luckily I dont find it hard not to eat anything there anymore.
So breakfast was the usual
Choc weetabix (2 + hexa +b) and semi skimmed milk
Apple banana and pineapple + coconut yoghurt(1)
Homemade ginger biscuit (5)
Left over stir fry (2)

Dinner will be chilli and rice. All homemade with so much veg it's untrue! So free!

Forgot I had a highlight bar yesterday but think I was still within syns kind of.

That's the plan for today so let's hope nothing goes astray!

New start
Green day
Breakfast. 2 choc ( hexb) and hexa milk (2 syns)
Apple
Lunch. Carrot soup home made.
Pasta and sauce mac and cheese made with milk. Hex a and some syns I would imagine.
Sugar free and 1% fat pineapple and coconut yoghurt (2 syns)
Dinner. pasta with home made tomato sauce. ( tomatoes onions and celery passata . )
Cup of tea with 1 sugar (1 syn)
Options hot chocolate. 2 syns.

Not sure what to have for my other hexb.

25 minute walk pushing a double buggy with 30kgs of children in it! That's got to be body magic hasnt it!
