    Morning all, thought I would start a diary as I love reading everyone else's, hoping for feedback so please feel free :)

    Breakfast- scrambled egg & spinach, half grapefruit, banana (hexa skimmed milk)

    Going for a 4 mile country walk in a mo so that should burn some calories :) .....hope you all have a great Sunday xxx

    Lovely 4 mile walk this morning, chilled out for rest of the day.

    Lunch -brown rice with chilli(passata, peppers, chilli beans, baked beans and fat free Greek yogurt) with salad and bowl of pineapple chunks
    Snack-cucumber and carrot sticks
    Dinner-quorn chicken pieces in Cajun sauce (passata & spices) jacket potato and bag of steam veg
    Snack- sugar free jelly and grapes 1/2 syn

    Syns for today 1/2

    Forgot to add I had 2 small slices of whole meal bread with my breakfast so that was my hexb

    Your food is looking good.

    Just one point, not to do with the food but the posting. To make it easier if you to the bottom of the page you have typed on, you can `edit` and add on the rest of the day.

    Keep going, your weight losses look fab! :)

    I hate Mondays!!!!!! :(
    Breakfast- weetabix with skimmed milk (hexb) (hexa), half grapefruit and mango green tea
    Snacks-2 clementines
    Lunch scrambled egg (hexa milk) green tea, jelly
    Dinner- left over veg chilli from last night, with added quorn chicken pieces and steam veg ..was lovely
    Afters- honeydew melon pieces, few grapes ff Greek yogurt and rest of my jelly
    Very satisfied :)
    Total syns 1/2-jelly 300calories burnt on the exercise bike too

    Breakfast- bran flakes (hexb) (hexa)
    Lunch- scrambled eggs(hexa) Apple,plum, clementine
    Snack-banana, clementine
    Dinner-jacket potato with Greek yogurt and garlic herbs, quorn pieces in passata and Cajun spice & salad of lettuce,cucumber, peppers and tomatoes
    Will probably have jelly,Greek yogurt and some melon later

    Sooooo full and satisfied

    B- porridge oats
    L- 2 Alpen bars, pot of jelly, plum
    Snack- banana, apple
    D- taggatelli in chilli passata, quorn fillet, Birdseye steam veg pack
    Snack-jelly and ff Greek yogurt

    D- quorn filletx2 jacket potato with ff Greek yogurt and garlic herbs, steam vegetables
    S-jelly,ff Greek yogurt with sweetener, pineapple and melon chunks

    Have really bad tummy ache now :( could it be anything I ate?
