Hi there!

Am currently doing the discover plan at home - weighing in once a week ... did it last year but was faffing around abit to be honest .. 2012 is the year I will reach goal ! Im 11 st 7 so have exactly a stone to lose .. goal is 10 st 7

Will try post my food diary most days ...

So today is: (vp = vintage points)

Breakfast
Milk for the day 1vp
1 low fat yogurt 1vp
total - 2p

Lunch
pitta bread 2vp
2 slices cheese 2vp
cucumber, tomato + onion 0vp
1 apple 1p
total - 5p

Dinner
Spicy chicken 4vp
1 pitta bread 2vp
lettuce, cucumber, tomato 0vp
total - 6p

Thats 13 points ... 3 points left for a snack tonight

16/20 as saving 4points for the weekend

Exercise - 40 min toning class at the gym

Will post again tomorrow!

Total: 20/20

No gym today - rest day :)

Have some saved points if I want more
booze hehe

Total for the day 15/20 so leaves me a few points for snacks tonight ..
Exercise is a 30 minute walk outside, trying to mix the exercise up abit - dont wanna be getting bored with the gym

Did my 30 min walk outside last night .. sooo much harder than the threadmill ..

200g Prawns 2vp
Spicy tomato sauce 2vp
Stir fry + noodles 2vp
Total: 6vp

Leaves 1vp for a cereal bar as a snack - meeting a friend for cuppa 2nite x

Exercise - 40 min circuit training class at the gym
