Morning everyone.

Today is my first day of my restart. I weigh exactly 17 stone and have just over 17 weeks until I go to Florida for a family holiday.

Im hoping to do about 14 - 16 weeks and then a re feed before I go.

My target is 4 stone but more if possible!
