Hello everyone! This is my diary for my weight loss journey. I started on Monday 23rd September so I begin on the evening of day 3 weighing 14 stone 5 lbs. I am doing a shakes only diet as the meal packs didn't appeal to me. Though, I may through in the porridge ones in the near future!
Day 1 went very well, was happy and resisted all temptation so I was 100%. Yay.
Day 2 was harder, I had four hours of lectures which made me want to grab my favourite snack on the break - Mini Cheddars! But I resisted and made it through again 100%.
So today (day 3) has been great through morning and afternoon, the biggest challenge was dinner time - my partner made spaghetti bolognese for himself and the kids and I desperately wanted some! But I stayed strong and resisted. I skipped having a breakfast shake and have had a lunch and a dinner shake, so can have one more shake just before bedtime.
Had a cheeky weigh in today too and was down 5 lbs! But I know to take that with a pinch of salt so I'm not disappointed on weigh in.
So tomorrow is day 4! Hopefully will hit ketosis!
