Well been going good so far. I don't feel hungry or anything. Feel much better having gone to the gym this morning. Had porridge for dinner and will have a shake just before bed. Going to add some ketogenic foods to the shopping list for my partner to stock up on if I do get tempted again (besides the ones I get anyways that are on the list) :)

Did yesterday 100% thank god. :)
I had lectures all day, have decided to take a bit of a different approach and do a bit of a Working Solution this week using some of the Exante Ketosis recipes. So hopefully it goes well and I still see a good loss.

Off to have my second shake of the day, then going to try smoked cod with stir fried vegetables for dinner. Yum. m
 
Had 3 shakes yesterday and three mouthfuls if that of my Exante recipe dinner. I felt like it tasted like nothing. My partner and son really enjoyed theirs but they were able to have rice and sauce too.

Hmm, so its Day 10, only just had my first shake at 3 in the afternoon. I feel sick, and don't really want to have anything including packs today. But of course I will. Drank plenty of water but getting tummy cramps and just feel off today.

Doesn't help had to shell out quite a lot of money for an expected bill. :(

Had a small turkey salad, porridge and one last shake. Feeling better. Early morning tomorrow.

Day 10 has been good but decided to go back to 100% packs tomorrow.

I find it easier just sticking to packs. Less temptation!
 
Damn. Had another blip today. Stupid bellyaches means I need some food to make taking painkillers easier. I'm sure I could do without the food but I can't focus in lectures with the pain caused by the bellyache and then the pain of having ibuprofen on an empty stomach. :sigh:

Oh well, onwards and upwards. Having my second shake then having a lie down, have been sleeping more since being on Exante. Definitely think I need to stick to having a pack in the morning - don't really get hungry in the evenings and end up only having 2-3 hours between the three packs in the afternoon/evening otherwise. So one last pack to go today (no more food!) and that's day 11 done :)

Atleast I'm not giving up ;)

Was a tough day minus the blip, wanted to throw up on the train - had to stand up both ways and its always so hot! Pfft, then went into town to grab some christmas presents for the kids before I get swamped with assignments.

Bring on Day 12.
 
So have been off plan since Friday. Have been unwell and my willpower disappeared with it.

Bit frustrating but not the end of the world. Planning to start back on plan tomorrow.

It is also week 2 weigh in - hoping it's only a small gain if any. :)

Good luck for your weigh in tomorrow. You never know, you might be pleasantly surprised! Whatever happens though, it is importangt to stick to your resolve to get back on track.
 
Weighed in this morning after 4 days off plan and I have stayed exactly the same! Very surprised but also relieved. :)
