My exercise thread

Ok i feel like a diary here will help spur me on with my weight losses and help me when i dont feel i want to do any exercise :8855:

My weigh in day is a Saturday and so between now and Saturday morning i will be doing at least 30 minutes a day on the wii fit ( i did 40 this morning ) and then next saturday i will increase, add something or change it up to keep it interesting :D
 
Well i stuck to it last week and it paid off at my WI

I will be doing it again this week and even taking it on holiday :D
