So far I have lost 1 stone and I sleep better, I feel better and my skin is glowing from all the water! I get married soon and thanks to this diet I don't have to kill myself exercising to get slimmer! For anyone just starting on this and finding it hard.. Stay with it it took me at least 2 weeks to really stop wanting to eat! Just know when you see the scales it will spur you on. I still miss the delicious taste of food but I don't feel hungry, I always remember - what do I want more.. pizza or to be slim, I saw on this forum once, this quote- "don't sacrifice the small thing you want now for the big thing in the future" this forum has been great for reading others peoples experiences and it really helps me, how is everyone else doing?
