My fasting diary .

Thanks guys I've nothing special planned. I'm just gonna eat whatever I fancy I'm having cous cous with roast peppers and some feta cheese for lunch , dinner I'm not sure about yet. I do feel less likely to snack I've found doing this diet. I'm taking this as week one as I only did one day last week and I went out and undid it all on Friday xxx
 
I am going to have to count calories on my non fast days. I have been away for the weekend and put most back on what I lost. I know it is a blip and I weigh myself every day which isn't good but I feel so fed up now.
I have been on The official fasting diet site an worked out my TDEE 1628 without exercise. I am hoping to up my exercise but for now if I fast 2 days on 500 cals and stick around 1628 it should work.

Starting again this week.

It's just a blip and will soon fall off again. The main thing is your back, you've addressed it and you've made a plan. Well done xxx
