My first day tomorrow - how does this look?

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HexB) with blueberries, strawberries and skimmed milk (Half hexA)

Lunch - chicken, pasta and salad in yoghurt and mint dressing (all free foods??) with cuppa tea (half hexA) and activia yoghurt (free?)

Dinner - Gammon, New potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Am I on the right track? Any advice, tips, changes?

Mmmm gammon sounds amazing, just reminded OH that we can have that for tea one night, thanks for the inspiration! Good luck :)
 
Hi hun are you measuring out your milk? If so and you used half on your weetabix the other half would be too much for 1 cup of tea, make sure you have the right amount. I cant see where you have mentioned any syns? you can have between 5 and 15 a day.

I find writing everything down certainly helps too - good luck on your journey
