My first food diary

I when I was last on plan I used to keep a written diary of what I was eating but what was the point really if no one could see when I was being good or bad?!

So here it is...my first food diary:

Day 1 - green

Breakfast:
Raspberry & cranberry muller light yoghurt with raspberries for dipping-yum!
SW syn free pancakes

Lunch:
SW Quorn sausage curry

Dinner:
Going to my sisters this evening and so having a Chinese as she's just moved in and hasn't got a cooker yet- it will be a chicken chow mein & diet lemonade for me though! (11 syns)
