My first food diary.

Light breakfast and dinner today because I got weighed at 3:30.

Breakfast: Banana
Drink: Water


Dinner: 4 sesame ryvita (hexb plus 1.5 for extra ryvita) norpak light (2.5 syns) grilled bacon no fat
Snack: Apple, Greek mullerlight (0.5 syns)
Drink: Dr Pepper Zero


I weighed in today and I'm so pissed off. I've put half a pound on :( really frustrating because I really tried this week and did so much body magic. I don't think my exercise is the reason for my gain either as I've been exercising frequently for 8 weeks now. Last week I lost a pound and the week before that I put a pound on, so in 3 weeks I've lost half a pound. :(
I know every body is different but it's annoying seeing people lose 5lb a week and I lose 2lb max and that's on a very good day!

I even cut out all potatoes this week to see if that mad a difference (carbs bloat me).
I think this week I'll cut out all fizzy drinks and just drink water, fill my plate with super free and have 10 syns max per day.

I've started my period yesterday so I think that's where my half pound gain is from but still frustrating :( feel like I'm going round in a bloody circle.

Oh honey don't be too disheartened. I know it's easier said than done though.

Did your C not go through with you what it could be? Your food diaries seem okay to me. I think your plan to max the superfree with each meal is a good one but I don't think I could just cope with drinking water. Unless you're drinking litres of diet drinks everyday I wouldn't cut them out completely as you're restricting yourself may be too much especially as SW is based on being flexible and not restrictive.

I'd also take measurements too - I know you say that you don't think exercise is effecting the WI but it may be the case you're losing inches rather than lbs in which case it's all going in the right direction.

You're doing amazingly well sticking to it. Hang on in there and I'm sure next week's WI will be the turning point.

Thanks hun. I didn't stay to group 'cause I'd made plans but I felt so deflated I just wanted to leave - which I know I shouldn't have done!
I haven't stuck to just drinking water either, I've been having my pints of water plus some coke zero/diet pop. I've cut down my snacking already this week which I think will help.
I've just took my measurements too, so hopefully will see an improvement there over the next few months. Just really hoping next week shows!

Tea: Chicken & potato curry (chopped tomatoes with spices, garlic & ginger), rice, 4 poppadoms (8 syns - couldn't resist)
Drink: Water
Snack: NOTHING! I know I've changed because straight after my tea I used to dive straight for the sweets cupboard, but I've stopped now :)

Extra snacks: Options hot choc (2 syns) with 300ml skimmed milk (hexa)
Water amount: 2 pints

Snacks: Curly wurly (6 syns), dark chocolate (6 syns), coke zero

Didn't go to the gym today, but I did a lot of shopping so that's been my exercise! Lol. Deffo going gym tomorrow.

Been really naughty today so won't even bother with my food diary, oops.
Back to work tomorrow which puts me in a more normal routine!

Tea: Jacket potato with tuna light mayo (2 syns), salad leaf, lettuce, chorizo (1.5 syns), tomato, cucumber, wafer thin ham, boiled egg, cheese (hexa), seafood sticks.

Exercise: Gym. 35 minutes bike level 6-8. Weights 15 mins, abs & bum 5 mins.

I have weigh in soon and I'm dreading it, really can't determine whether I've lost or not this week. I put half a lb on last week so definitely don't want to put on again, but I also don't want to hide away and not go! Hopefully something will have shifted...been a bit naughty this week though.
