My first hurdle

Next sunday in driving down to London to see my hubby taking our little boy.

I only have soup, toffee bar, porridge and chilli con carne and I'm worried how I'm going to cope. Shakes would be easy but I don't like them. There is a kettle in the room but obviously no microwave for porridge and chilli.

Me and my son will be out and about all day the Monday poss meeting up with an online friend for the first time then will be coming home Tuesday.

I'm worried I go off track and don't get back on. This my 3rd week and I'm doing so well.

Any words of wisdom?

Good idea thanks. Might try the choc shake again for the 2 days then I don't sicken myself on soups as I only like veg! Can have that before I leave hotel.
Yes it's definately worth trying them again as your tastebuds change when you're on a diet like this x
