my first weeks loss

i am pleased to say even with not sticking with it 100% i managed to lose 3lbs
the first few days i had my slimfast bar for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch and then a slimfast meal drink for my evening meal and a slim fast snack through the day..
by thursday i had my slimfast bar for breakfast then a sandwich for lunch and a small evening meal..
did the same on friday.
feels good to see a loss just hoping now it continues..

Well done Debz, good loss. Keep up the good work, just take it one day at a time and you'll get there :)

thank you, i have now got some WW meals in the freezer, as they are low calorie, may use them for my evening meals instead of cooking something, takes the stress of working it out of my head.. lol
sounds like i am doing a mix of diets lol..

I always have WW meals (or supermarket own brand ones) in the freezer, they are so handy to use on this plan. Plus most of them are really low calorie and fat too, I usually add a salad or some veg to it, bulks it out a bit.
