Hello everyone
yesterday was my second weigh in with Slimming World. On the 15th of January I weighed myself for the first time in years and had reached 16st7lbs I decided to do something about it but I lacked direction and didn't really know what I was doing.. I managed to lose about 9lbs in my first week and was ecstatic with the results! after that I ate a lot and put about 4lbs back on. A few weeks ago I went to stay with my dad and he has lost 2st on Slimming World. I learnt how the diet worked and joined my local group when I got home last Thursday. I had my first weigh in last night and I lost 3lbs.. I'm very happy that my weight is at 15st5 1/2lbs but I would have liked to have lost a bit more.. can anyone give me some ideas to speed up my weight loss! thank you so much. Really would love to lost 4lbs this week and get my half stone
