Well done, thats amazing!! Doesn't it give you real motivation when you can see it paying off? I was talking to someone at work about CD the other day, and she said "But you are just starving yourself!" but then went on to say "You look really well!"

Those that don't know CD, just don't understand it. But, we love it!!!
