My first WI!!

Hi all,
Well, i had my first weigh in today and i am still in shock really.
I told the pharmacist exactly how my week was.
Mornings, lunchtimes, afternoon and early evenings are brilliant but then i hit a danger zone for me between 7-9pm.
4 evenings out of the 7 i caved in and had toast or a sandwich.
When she weighed me i have lost 12 lbs and it was a lovely surprise.
Now i feel really with it and i am much more confident and positive about it.
Can't wait for next weigh in. My goal this week is to lose 2 lbs for my first stone :D:D xx
 
Well done, keep up the good work but no more toast and sandwiches tho ;-)
 
well done to you. With the toast etc you are making it extra hard for yourself as you will not reach ketosis and ketosis is our very best friend...lol
 
what a brill loss,,congrats to you,,step away from the carbs they will still be there when you get to goal lol
