Lol we were talking about this earlier and fitness pal put us all at 1200 cals a day? Surely thats not right being as we're all different heights, weights and ages??!!

And personally I wouldnt eat and extra cals Id burnt through exercise - like WW activity points, I never used them either x x

I think it depends on your body, I personal don't eat any of my exercise cals, because I would be worried about a gain....but perhaps try it out and see what works for you :)
