    Hi i have input all i have eaten today and added the exercise i have done and when i was finished it said i should be eating 1200 cals, that was what i ate before i exercised. Have i to eat my exercise cals too to make it up to the 1200. Hope this makes sense :)

    Lol we were talking about this earlier and fitness pal put us all at 1200 cals a day? Surely thats not right being as we're all different heights, weights and ages??!!

    And personally I wouldnt eat and extra cals Id burnt through exercise - like WW activity points, I never used them either x x

    Its really up to you weather you eat your activity calories or not, it depends how much you want a treat/extra food.

    Thanks it's just that it says if i dont eat all my cals my body will go into starvation mode :)

    I think it depends on your body, I personal don't eat any of my exercise cals, because I would be worried about a gain....but perhaps try it out and see what works for you :)
