My food and fitness diary.

I think it will help me putting my food diary somewhere where i could get advice about it from you guys so here goes......
(im going to start with yesterday)

Breakfast

All Bran and milk with tea (health A&B choice)
Banana

Lunch

Fruit salad
Carrot sticks
Cucumber sticks

Dinner

Chicken breast
Jacket potato
Mixed veg

In the night(because i work night shifts)
Banana
Apple
Kiwi
Grapes.

Will put my diary on for today later on but am quite please with myself for yday. Xx
 
Weds diary...

Didnt have bfast because i find im too tired to eat after a night shift although i think i should try because i dont eat for the whole day and then this happens.......

For dinner i ended up having a takeaway because i woke up tired, grumpy and starving and couldnt be bothered too cook so the second other half mentioned take away for him i was agreeing straight away.

Thats all for today and i feel horrible and like such a failure.....

Really need to try harder.

Hoping tomoro will bring sucess
