im hoping this will keep me on track and everybody feel free to give me more food ideas ect

breakfast....muller yougurt and a apple

lunch....2 eggs,beans,onions and tomatoes,pear and banana

snack....1 alpen bar (part of my heb)

dinner will be....roast chicken,broccoli,green beans and peas with plain mash 3 syns for gravy and 3 syns for horse radish sauce

later for a snack ill have my other alpen bar,banana and pear

exercise im doing day 2 level 1 of the 30 day shred

lunch....3 slices of beef,tomatoes,lettice,carrot,1 tbs mint sauce 1 syn
snack... 1 alpen bar (heb) grapes
dinner....eggs,onions,tomatoes,lettice,red pepper,cucumber,28 g cheese (hea) beans
snack....mugshot,1 alpen bar(heb)pear,orange,curly wurly 6 syns

day 3 of 30 day shred done and 20 min walk
 
i have muller lights as they are free on EE,ive lost 10lb since jan and i do exercise everyday

snack...melon,apple,crisps 4 syns

day 6 of 30 day shred

struggling a bit today really hungry really want to eat chocolate

dinner...carrots,green beans and onions in veg stock with rice
