    Nectarine = SF

    Pasta pot shot = 1 syn
    Activia snackpot yoghurt = F
    Grapes = SF

    Dinner
    Chicken hotpot = F
    Steamfresh veg = SF
    Sweetcorn = F
    Strawberries = SF

    Snacks

    breakfast and lunch could do with more SF should be 1/3rd with every (EE) and sweetcorn is free not SF
