Day 1 - Original

BREAKFAST
Fruit Salad
Lean bacon (less that 5% fat!) & scrambled eggs (using my milk allowance HEA & drank the rest!)

LUNCH
2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB)
150g baked beans (HEB)
Strawberries & Grapes

DINNER
Spray lite
Chicken chunks (less than 5% fat!)
Salad
Mild chilli powder, tomato puree & boiling water to make chilli sauce!

DRINKS
Water
Diet Coke

SYNS
3 x small choc chip cookies (10.5 syns in total)


Day 2 - Original

BREAKFAST
Fruit Salad
Scarmbled egg (using HEA!) & drank rest
2 x wholemeal slices (HEB)
150g baked beans (HEB)

LUNCH
Didnt fancy much so had some pickled onions (free)
Orange

DINNER
Chicken & veg Curry (syn free)
Lean chicken (less than 5% fat)
Spices
Chopped tomatoes
Onions & veg

DRINKS -
Water
Diet Coke

SYNS
1 x 49g standard Dairy Milk (13 Syns)


DAY 3 - Original

BREAKFAST
Fruit Salad

LUNCH
Steak (less than 5% fat)
Topped with bacon & egg
Side salad

DINNER
1 Chicken breast
2 Oranges

Water
Diet Coke

I'm finding it hard to eat so much so it feels like im slacking a bit! Let me know your thoughts & where i could improve!

Well... I'm struggling with eating more than 1 B choice so decided to have an EE day today!

Day 5 - EE

BREAKFAST
Banana on Toast & glass of milk
(2 x wholemeal HEXB, 1 banana SF, 250ml semi skmd milk HEXA)

LUNCH
Tuna Pasta & Fruit Salad
Tuna pasta made with chopped tomatos, italian herbs, garlic, onions, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & pasta.
Fruit salad made with grapes, strawberries, apple, melon & clementines.

DINNER
SF Chicken Curry & rice - satsumas to follow.
Ingreds - chicken, onions, pepper, garam massala, cumin, tumeric, garlic, tomato puree, chopped toms & rice.
3 x satsumas to follow

Drinks - water & diet coke
Syns - fudge (5.5) & curly wurly (6)

Total = 11.5 syns


Absoloutley loving my diet, but finding that im eatin chocolate just because i can!!!

Oh well if it keeps me on track! :)
