Day 1 - Original
BREAKFAST
Fruit Salad
Lean bacon (less that 5% fat!) & scrambled eggs (using my milk allowance HEA & drank the rest!)
LUNCH
2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB)
150g baked beans (HEB)
Strawberries & Grapes
DINNER
Spray lite
Chicken chunks (less than 5% fat!)
Salad
Mild chilli powder, tomato puree & boiling water to make chilli sauce!
DRINKS
Water
Diet Coke

Day 2 - Original

Scarmbled egg (using HEA!) & drank rest
2 x wholemeal slices (HEB)

Didnt fancy much so had some pickled onions (free)
