If you are a fan of sausages, it might be worth looking at a company called joes sausages. They are syn free and you can buy them online :) xx

Hi, I was just having a read of your diary hope you dont mind? Feel free to tell me to shove off if you like! I was just wondering are you doing EE? Your food reads a lot like mine and I realised the other day the reason I wasnt losing as much as I wanted was because Im not eating my 1/3 superfree with every meal. Someone on another diary said that you should still lose if you are eating 15 syns but its the superfree that maximises it. Now Im off to find a way to eat more fruit for breakfast!

Im the same with not enough fruit and veg but I'm trying to eat as much as I can

You can drop by any time :) nice to have visitors and people to tell you if ur right or wrong or give ideas

Yeah I'm still losing and having up to 15 syns a day - have to cut down a bit this week ad have had 2 bad meals
But ill still be having a biscuit here and there

Fruit and veg definitely the key

Not a late one today :)

However this is the first day that I've felt like I'm on a diet - it sucks

Had to rush out to uni for sign language exam ( didn't go well) so grabbed lunch in the healthy cafe
Opted for mushroom and bacon omelette
Was disgusting
Forced myself to eat it

Then came home looking forward to yummy syn free burgers - also disgusting
Forced myself to eat them

Hiding in room eating curly wurly trying not to go binge on something yummy
I know it will be better tomorrow

Hope you've had a good week Princess. How's the exams been going? You've been fairly quiet on here this week! Hope you aren't overdoing it and that you've been sleeping a bit better.
 
Haven't been updating this week as very stressed with exams and whatnot :( causing me to go off plan for the past few days :( but hoping to get back on track tomorrow and last exam on Thursday woo

There will be no WI this week as the exam runs too late and friends want to celebrate so hoping I can turn it around for the next one :)

Have been trying to eat lots of fruit also despite the choccy bars while revising :(
Urgh so bad - but needed sugar today as I passed out in the shower, mum wanted me to have coca cola but I ate a fruit salad and a fudge cause I know if I start drinking it again I will be hooked

Back on track tomorrow I hope :)

Hi Leia - welcome back. I bet you're glad the exams are over!

I know you're not good on breakfasts (like me) but have you though about splitting your meals into 3, even if the first one is late? They say it is better for your body to get 3 smaller meals than 2 bigger ones.

Definitely write your food down - if I don't, I completely lose track and forget it. Mind you - I don't have a problem with the under-eating aspect, I'm sompletely the opposite and forget that I've had lunch and sometimes do it again! LOL
