Thought I'd keep an online track of my food diary, it'll give me a kick up the bum to stay on track. if anyone notices anything wrong with what I'm eating it would be amazing if you could set me straight. I'm doing this from home since I am a very poor student, I can just about afford all the healthy food! My first week went well as I lose 3lbs... Oh and I'm doing extra easy plan! tues 20/05/14 Breakfast: 2 x Weetabix (HE B) 200ml of skimmed milk (HE A- I use remaining milk from healthy extra in brews) Banana Dinner: (right before shopping so didn't have much in) Fruit salad (pear, banana & orange) muller light strawberry yogurt Tea: baked potato baked beans side salad I had one glass of vodka and lemonade in the evening, not sure of the syns in this - I will check!
