My Food Diary to get me to Target

I thought I would start a food diary to keep track of what I am eating, I have been yo-yo ing for the past few months 2ibs off 3ibs on 1ibs off etc, I am not far from target now finding it really diffcult to say on track. I only do the occasional EE day now mainly do Green and red days. its weigh in day on Thursday so here it goes, please feel free to comment and leave suggestions.

Green Day 24.03.11

Breakfast 28g of Fruit and fibre with a chop banana 350ml of milk (some saved for a brew later).

Dinner Sweet and sour mug shot fruit salad-mango,pineapple, melon and activia cherry yoghurt.

Tea Chick dahl curry from asda rice and chips.

Snack Mullerlight yoghurt and Cheese Curls 4.5 syns.

I went to weigh in last and lost 2.5 ibs yeah !!!

Extra Easy 25/03/11.

Breakfast Sainsbury be good to you sausages x2, beans, poached egg and mushrooms and tomatoes with two small slices wholebread. 2 syns.

Snacks Apple, Banana.

Lunch - Beef Ragu with pasta made with added peppers, courgettes, carrots.

Snacks melon, mango and mullerlight.

Dinner- Fish in batter the batter removed home made chips and beans fruit salad for afters.

Snack mullerlight and vodka and diet coke 2.5 syns.

Extra Easy 26th March.

Breakfast 350ml skimmed milk for use during the day. Omelette bacon, mushrooms and eggs and an apple.

Dinner Ham with salad lettuce, cuecumber, tomatoes, celery, spring onions, rice, cottage cheese and mixed pickles. Vanilla activa yoghurt.

Tea home made special fried rice, egg, rice mushrooms, peppers, chicken, prawns and soy sauce. mullerlight.

syns vodka & diet coke 2.5 syns & freddo 5.5 & cheese curls 4.5. total 12 syns.

I started the 30 day shred today level 1 day 1.
