Sorry for not updating lately, must be honest and say I went off plan last week after not weighing tuesday last week.
However this tuesday I came in with a 2lb loss so the few SP meals I had seem to have helped, lol!

Hope you're all well :)
 
Lol sorry for disappearing.. Been a bit hetic here lately.
So, lately I've been having very bad joint pains, and my hands and feet are really swollen. This has been going on since october. I finally got a diagnosis though.. Fibromyaglia :/

I must admit I've been finding it hard since finding out it's something that I'll have for life. I'm only 25 :( It has been stopping me from working and I honestly do not know what to tell work now. Should I tell them to just sack me?

Meh.. Back on plan now. I need to be.

Last week was a maintain and then this week a minus 3.5lbs. I'm 1 lb away from my 11 and a half award now. :)
Honestly last week I did so well because I was in so much pain that I couldn't get out of bed to prepare food to eat lol! A plus side I guess.. haha..

B: nothing
L : Left over hunters chicken with rice and pickled beetroot.
D : I'm thinking tortalini. I've not had any syns yet so I need to check and see how many I can have. :)

I'll try to update daily again, if I don't assume I'm just having a bad day lol.. :)

So, on the down side.. We're approaching a recession! I've been glued to the news and Yellen's speech and it's quite obvious it should be here soon.. Kinda scary but I shall try make money off it!
 
11 and a half is just incredible.

Oh Fibro is horrible my friend has it she's very bad lately. Comes in waves months free, then months were she is bad. What job do you have?
 
Keeping this up to date now..!!

B: Bowl of frosties (I had to have them lol) 6 syns
L : Banana and apple (wasn't overly hungry)
D : Batchelors rice (half a pack - extra veg. Mixed frozen cauli, broccoli, carrots, peas, green beans) with a chicken stir fry - Chicken onion garlic peppers chilli pasatta

So, I am feeling a bit better with the Fibro diagnosis. I've researched it a lot and losing weight will only help, so I'm more determined than ever. :)
Also I got the referral through for my physio.. Bloody quick! It's on the 22nd and I think me complaining about the other specialist has helped a bit lol..
And it's with a private Physiotherapist! I bet he's going to be bloody good. I'm quite happy lol!

So, with my 2lb loss and posting my award on facebook groups I was asked to take new pics. I also got into both legs of my first jeans! The jeans one isn't flattering and I look fat though.. lol :p
