My food diary with pics :-)

I am doing this post in the hope that it will help me stay on track and also to hopefully give you some ideas! I will post a daily food diary and try to add as many pictures as I can. I got weighed last Thursday so here is my food diary from Friday morning, but unfortunately didn't start taking pics till Saturday:

Friday - Breakfast

2 weetabix (hb), 250ml semi skimmed milk (ha), Banana (sf)

Friday - Lunch

Jacket potatoe stuffed with peppers and mushrooms served with lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, gherkins, turkey, light salad cream (2) and tesco low fat yogurt (2)

For a afternoon snack (as OH was working late)

Rocky road hi fi bar (3), mugshot

Friday - Dinner

Chicken marinaded in nando's peri peri sauce (0.5), morrisons pitta bread (7), SW chips, lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, gherkins.

Total syns for Friday = 14.5
 
Saturday's food diary with pictures:

Breakfast

Scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans which I followed with a banana

Lunch

2 WW bread (hb), low low cheese (ha), turkey, beetroot, carrot sticks, WW fromage frais yogurt (0.5), Quavers (5.5)

Dinner

Salmon, mexican savoury rice, brocoli, carrots, sweetcorn, peppers

Total syns = 6 syns

Sunday's food diary

Breakfast

25g Ready Break (hb), 250ml milk (hb), banana.

Lunch

Salmon, Mexican savoury rice, carrot sticks, WW fromage frais yogurt (0.5), rocky road hi fi bar (3)

Dinner

Chicken, potatoes, brocoli, cauliflour, green beans, carrots, garden peas, 2 small yorkshire puddings (4), gravy (2).

Total syns = 9.5
