Thursday 10th September

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and milk, 3pts
Lunch - soup 1.5pts, small fruit salad 1pt apple and a peach 1pt, 3.5pts
Dinner - WW pasta 4.5pts, pasta sauce 1pt, mushrooms onion and peppers 0pts, 5.5pts
Snacks - alpen light bar 1pt, skips 1.5, orange 0.5pts, hot chocolate 0.5pts, fudge 2pts 5.5pts

17.5/18 points today.

drink lots of water - working on it!
exercise - half hour walk to work 2 hours round the shops after work!

Friday 11th September

Breakfast - 2x weetabix and milk, 2.5pts
Lunch - salad and small fruit salad 3pts
Dinner - stir fry veg 0 points, spot of oil 1pt, soy sauce 0pts, 1pts
Snacks - apple 0.5pts, crisps 1.5pts, ham sandwhich on WW bread 1.5pts, alpen light bar anda coffee 1.5pts, fudge bar 2pts WW yoghurt 1pt 8pts

14.5/18 points so far today

Drink lots of water - not as much as i should have yet but working on it!
Exercise - not much today

Dinner - zero points soup

Dinner chicken stir fry 4.5pts, veg 0.5pts, 5pts
Snacks - crisps 1.5pt, fudge 2pts, WW toast and spread 2pts, alpen light 1pt 6.5pts

Exercise - 30 min walk to work and back, hour long gym class

Tuesday 15th September

Breakfast - oats so simple with half milk and half water 3pts, apple 0.5pts 3.5pts
Lunch - soup 1.5 pts, small fruit salad 1pt, hula hoops 2pts, 4.5pts
Dinner - prawn stirfry with noodles 4.5pts
Snacks - orange 0.5pts, fudge 2pts, 2.5pts
