Hi guys, just thought I'd write down what I've eaten - I do keep track on a bit of paper, but I thought if everyone could see it -
a. you could tell me where I was going wrong/right
b. It would put off having to do any actual work.

So....today I've had

  • A cereal bar and a can of diet coke.

for lunch I'm planning on having a
  • syn free carbonara that I made for tea last night.

Don't know what to have for dinner - so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very very grateful!

I'm absolutely determined to stick to it this time, just come off WW - where I managed to gain!
