A lot of people seem to post their food diaries and have done so well so thought I would follow. If I'm doing anything wrong or you think I can improve just let me know... I'm totally new to SW!!
Week 1, Day 1 - 30.12.10.
B - bitesize shredded wheat with skimmed milk (healthy A&B). Apple
L - Omelette with onion, mushrooms, bacon
D - Chicken Fajhita Salad things from the magazine
Snacks - fruit, mullier light yoghurt, sugar free squash/water
