My Food Diary

A lot of people seem to post their food diaries and have done so well so thought I would follow. If I'm doing anything wrong or you think I can improve just let me know... I'm totally new to SW!! :)

Week 1, Day 1 - 30.12.10.
B - bitesize shredded wheat with skimmed milk (healthy A&B). Apple
L - Omelette with onion, mushrooms, bacon
D - Chicken Fajhita Salad things from the magazine

Snacks - fruit, mullier light yoghurt, sugar free squash/water
 
Week 1, Day 2. 31.12.10
B - mullier light yoghurt with mixed fruit
L - 2 toast (HExB) with baked beans and cheese (HExA)
D - cod fillet coated in curry powder with slimming world chips and mushy peas
S- water, sugar free squash throughout day
Syns - milk for tea

Day 3, 1.1.11

Well I did so well yesterday up until around 1am when I had
handful of nuts, a few crisps, a slice of quiche and a wholemeal muffin when i got in at around 3am.... :(

B - Hifi bar (HExB)
L - not too good... just had some lean grilled bacon!
D - spagheti bolognaise
Snacks/syns - dashes of milk (0.5syn each), water, fruit, sugar free squash

Will limit last nights damage by doing my dance dvd!

Week 1, Day 4. 2.1.11

B: HiFi Bar
L: Skinless chicken drumsticks (2) and thighs (1)
D: quorn burgers, cheesy chips, salad, 2tbsp fat free balsamic dressing (1syn I think!)

HExA - reduced fat cheese
HExB - HiFi Bar
Syns/snacks: dashes of milk 0.5 syns for tea, lots of water and fruit

Day 5! Almost a week done :)

B - Yoghurt and fruit
L - Beans on toast with cheese
D - chicken goujons (wholemeal breadcrumbs HExB) with home made coleslaw (red pepper, cabbage, carrot, spring onion, from frais and mustard) with salad
HexA - cheese
HexB - bread for breadcrumbs
Syns - 2 ww toast (6syns), dashes of milk
 
Day 6, Week 1. First weigh in tomorrow

B - Hifi bar (HExB)
L - Chicken and coleslaw
D - Pasta bake (6syns for sauce) with cheese (HexA)
Syns/snacks: milk 0.5 syn per dash, water, fruit, breadcrumbs (6syns)

Weigh in day!! Probably a really bad idea but I never eat until I'm weighed... just a bad habit I got into at weight watchers!

Dinner (treat night!!) Home made chicken kebab with asda wholemeal pitta (HexB), 1 tbsp reduced fat houmous (2syns) garlic sauce (made with fat free natural yoghurt) and Salad!

TV snack: quavers (4.5syns) ;)
