Thought I would start a good diary to share with everyone and hopefully give people some tips and also get some myself. Breakfast Two slices of kingsmill whole meal (Hexb), lightly fried with a beaten egg in fry light (eggy bread), topped with half a tsp sugar, apples, grapes and strawberries with muller light coconut Greek yogurt. Lunch Chicken noodle mugshot, apple and a handful of strawberries. Dinner Gammon steaks, potatoes, Brussels sprouts and gravy (2yns for 2tsp). Snacks Grapes Will post pictures later.
