Weight in at 9am - maintained
chocolate croissant
some bacon fries
99 ice cream cone
chicken roll with some crisps
a little bit of pasta salad
hob nob
1/2 bottle white wine
3 spring rolls mini, sweet chili sauce (little), beef and black bean sauce and boiled rice (1/2 portion)
2 finger kit kat
6 squares dark chocolate
VERY BOLD

Wednesday 18th March
2 skinny cappuccino 2/3 hex a

apple
6 sq dark choc 85%

rice, chicken salad with Cajun spice, lemon juice and 1 tbsp. seeds (half hex b)
apple and 8 almonds (half hexb)
4 sq dark choc 85%
skinny cappuccino (1/3 hexa)

melon

pasta and meatballs

Hi there Rud, I see you've had several starts to diaries in the past month or two and without much response which I think is a great shame as we all like to have support and encouragement on out journey of losing.. or trying to lose the weight.
I'm sure it wont take long for you to lose that stone or so but it does make such a difference to how we feel about ourselves when we get to the pounds off and reach our goal.
SW is very popular although personally I can't get my head around it! :D
