My food diary!!!

    ok so i joined weightwatchers last wednesday but only properly started on sunday! weigh in tomorrow, and i wouldnt be surprised if i havent lost weight. i havent been too healthy this past week and have used all alot of points on rubbish! but atleast im keeping to my points and tomorrow i shall start to be healthier. My food diary began on sun, but im starting a blog to keep me on track! Here is the past thwo days on 25 points a day. don not judge me! i am normally quite healthy, stressful week!

    sunday 18th august 2008

    Porridge with a spoon of honey. large bowl. 3.5 pts

    King Prawn Chow Mein 6pts


    ok heres the bad stuff! choc- 14.5!!!

    total= 24 points


    points earned- 20 min brisk walk-1.5 points
    10 min of high activity exercise- 1pt
    total=2.5

    Monday 18th august (v bad day)

    large fruit scone and 7g butter- 5.5
    2 ww yoghurt-3

    quavers-1.5
    thai rings-2.5
    snacks-1.5

    golden crisp- 5
    dime-3.5
    piece of choc-1

    sweets- 2

    total- points 25.5,

    points earned- 45 min brisk walking- 3
