My food diary!!!

Hi all,

Hopefully I will lose something this week and not gain ...

Here goes my food diary for today.

Day 1

Breakfast: Omelete with mushrooms and mature cheese from HEX A (28g)

Lunch: Bean Chilli & melon and grape fruit salad

Dinner: Stir fry with chicken from HEXB.

Snacks: Banana, 2x Satsumas, Apple, x2 Laughing cow light cheese (HEX A)

Syns: Amoy Noodles 150g - 2.5 syns
Ryvitta x 2 Seseme Seed - 3 syns

Do you think this sounds ok?

Day Two - Green

Breakfast: 4x Ryvita Sesame (HEX B) with 2x Light laughing cow cheese (HEX A)

Lunch: Jacket Potato with Spaghetti Hoops

Dinner: Bean Lasagne with salad.

Snacks: Banana, x2 Satsumas, Apple, Muller Light Yoghurt.

Hi Hun,

Just having a read of your diary....are you sure that the quantity of Laughing Cow Light cheese for your HeA is 2??
I know that Laughing Cow Extra Light cheese triangles are 6 for HeA, but Im not sure about the light version.

It is more than 2 I think it's 5 your allowed. I'm going to try and squeeze the min somewhere. lol. xx

hi babes hows you??dont forget to have both your a and b sections as this is part of the plan,to get fibre and calcium intake..but hun it looks good so far,well done xxx

hey hun!! I will be having both of my a's and b's =D.

SO are you proud of me then? Eh eh? lol. How's you? My bean lasagne is cooking in the oven as we speak. I seen a house with a christmas tree up and decorated today :eek: .... it's crazzzy!!! xox

hi,yeah im good thanx hun,proud isnt the word looks like your sorting it? thank god lol,glad your writing it down,im making a stewed steak pie with spicy swede topping free on a red day??bean lasagne sounds nice,my xmas tree wont be going up util the middle of dec whats the point??i dont get folk that put it up so dam early its madness!!

Day 3 ..... Red Day

I'm not too keen on red day but find them a bit easier to stick to when i'm not at work.
So the only red days I will have is on a weekend.

Breakfast:
Cheese (HEX A) Omelete with Bacon & Sausage

Lunch:
Chicken with cheese on top (HEX A)

Snacks: x2 Banana x 2 satsumas

Dinner:
Not sure what i'm having yet ....

I'm off to Iceland later ..... Me and the other half are making a white chocolate cheese cake. I am obviously not having any of it and HE will be having BBQ spare rips.
Think I'll have a look in my book and see if there is anything yummy I can get from Iceland xoxo

Well decided what i'm going to have for dinner.

I'll be having Hake with a tomato sauce from Iceland (3syns for both portions).

Probably be having salad with it ..... nothing interesting there.

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: Omelete (42g Red Leicester HEX A)
Beef Savoury Rice

Dinner:
Beans on Toast from HEX B and Mature Chedder 28g from HEX A.
Miller light


Forgot to mention the homemade cheese cake that me & the other half made!!! Don't know how many syns?!! I think a lot!! ha ha

just checking up on you lol,cheesecake i hope you enjoyed it babes..
im having lentil and spinach dahl with rice..how about jacket and beans,
I need checking up on. lol

I think these diary things are a really good idea ... i seem to be eating better when i'm doing these? It's all good.

Well i've just had Tuna Fish cakes made with Smash and Tuna 113g from HEX B.

I had it with Noodles (2.5 syns) and Stir Fry Veg. VERY filling!!

Snacks: Lasting Satisfaction Yogurt, 2x Satsumas and a banana.

I still have x2 Ryvitta & x4 Extra Light Laughing Cow Cheese to eat as I didn't have them all this morning.
