Your doing well. I am worried about the time of the month as a week before I get really hungry and worry when the time comes around I will eat like a piggy. But I made sure to start after that time so I would have a couple of weeks under my belt before I had to deal with it again, let's hope it works.

I am starving today. I feel like I want to eat for England! Hope I can control it. Counting cals from today too to keep portions under control

Did well. But how can you eat marmite? That is something I could never get my head around. My hubby is British and I lived in the UK for a while and that was one thing that when the MIL ate it I cringed!

We live in the US. Hubby and I have been married 14 years. I miss a lot of British food. Some we can get here but its very expensive. A UK Kit Kat here costs 71p, when a US Kit Kat costs 30p. The chocolate is also different. Hubby is use to US chocolate now, but still misses Smarties and Galaxy, so MIL sends candy over when she can, UK chocolate melts more than US so none can be sent in the summer months. Hubby's mum was here in October and she brought a bunch of stuff as hubby was really missing a few things.

Hiya - I love the US. Travelled round alot of it before I had my son. If I could choose anywhere to live it would be there. I even get homesick from not visiting!! haha

How is Quorn? I saw it in Whole Foods the other day. I had no idea we even had it here. When I was doing Slimming World it was on the list of foods to eat but never even bothered to look here as I thought it was a UK thing.

Hiya

Quorn is lovely. So many products here. I like most of them.

I weighed in today and have lost 1lb. I have decided to do Gi still but bought a different book which restricts the portions. Doing GI Plan by Azmina Govindji. You get a certain about of gi points to use for first two weeks which then rises to more after two weeks. It has all the foods you use listed and all the points have been worked out.

I just feel I am overeating so I will be starting this tomorrow.

Back on later to do my menu
