My Goal this week!

S: 14st0lb C: 9st10.5lb G: 8st7lb BMI: 26.7 Loss: 4st3.5lb(30.36%)
Is to eat some vegetables at every meal, and snack only on fruit and veg and to drink 2 litres of water everyday.

I want to be good to my body this week!

I have had a bad couple days where I have been eating too much sugar and rubbish etc... giving me mood swings and making me lack in energy. I always feel horrible after a binge, and feel really negatively towards myself and can find it hard to get out of. I have lost alot of weight already but it's been a very slow process, and I need to step it up if I want to reach my goal this year.

I want to eat less chemical processed foods for the next week and see what the results are like. Eat things that have only one Ingredient lol. Not just for the weight loss, but for my own peace of mind. To make me feel better about myself. To regain some positivity and energy.

It's a good goal I think, let's see what happens xx ;)

go for it - after a while your palate changes and you probably won't go back! Its a very good goal - and whilst weight loss is the primary focus being healthy has got to be a close second!
