Well thought id start a diary mainly for myself but would love others to comment!!!
Abit about me..... Im 23 yrs old, have a 2 year old son and a 5mnth old son,
3 years ago i crept up to 14 st which for me was awful as i thought i was about 11!!! So i started the cwp for the very first time!!! In april2009 id reached goal of 11st (took just over 3mmths) took myself off the plan and started eating healthily(ish...) end of june i broke up with my bf of almost 2yrs (happy about this!!) and casually started seeing my now fiancè!!! By mid july i was pregnant!!!!! We'd been together a matter of weeks! Long story cut short ate like an absolute pig my entire pregnancy (guess coz i was food deprived early on in the year) im not 100% but think i was between 11.7-12st when i fell.... April 2010 my beautiful baby was born, At my 6 week post check i weighed in at 16st 2.
Lookin back at that first creep to 14st id give anything to have been back there then!!!
Tried lots of diets for the next year special k, cabbage soup and slimming world etc.... Id manage to lose about 3st after my son fallin pregnant with my second son just a year after the first!!!!!! At my 8week midwife check i weighed in at 13st 10, ate a lot healthier through my second pregnancy and gained weight a little slower, my healthy 8lb 14oz baby was born on feb 1st 2012, 6 week post baby i weighed in at 15st 9 (was quite happy id not exceeded the first baby weight!!!!!)
So here i am!! I started back on cwp on april 24th 2012 weighing 15st 6lbs. Size 18
Week 1 w.i 15st (-6lbs)
Week 2 w.i. 14st 9 (-5lbs)
Week 3 w.i. 14st 4 (-5lbs)
Week 4 w.i 14st 1 (-3lbs) awful week!
Week 5 w.i 13st 12 (-3lbs)
Week 6 w.i. 13st 10 (-2lbs) awful week!
week 7 w.i. 13st 7 (-3lbs) mostly a size 14 now
I start this diary 6 weeks in at 13st 10, 24lbs lighter!!! Waist is 9 inches smaller, hips 8 inches smaller. Size 14/16
Like a lot of mums i HATE my jelly belly, stretchmarks and the hanging apron! Im also desperate for weight off of my arms and my legs!
Id be lying if i said its been easy,,, far from it - im really struggling cookin my family meals and socialising with my friends/kids but.... people are noticing all the time now im loosing weight!!
Im doin this specific diet in secret, only my o.h and 2 friends know as the last time i done it i got soooo much ear ache!!!!
My journey is hard but so very worth it - cant wait to b happy again <3
