Thanks Starlight!
To be honest, thinking about it, I think it's turned into a vicious circle.
You know (if you're an emotional eater) when you feel down, you eat to feel better, but end up feeling worse because you're bingeing... So again, feeling crap, you turn to food etc etc?
Well I think things have been bad, but where I've been worrying about it, and then not sleeping it's been making me feel worse. I always get emotional when I'm tired. If really tired I cry at the drop of a hat, just getting frustrated or something.
So I'm thinking that once I get a good nights sleep (hopefully tonight!) I'll be able to deal with things better... And I'm going to review my plan at the weekend as to how I'm going to achieve my goal. As long as I'm continuously taking steps towards it I'll feel good.
With regards to the people at work, I'm going to go in, do my job and be friendly. I'm going to (or rather have) stop socialising with them, unless it's a 'team' thing (like a meal out once a month - although I don't think a meal with hurt as I'm really focused, and it's usually Italian which I find the easiest to point). If the guy asks me why I have a problem I'm going to be upfront and tell him (as long as no one else is there). And I'm just going to try and get on with it.
If they're worried that I've been to an interview today, I'm going to make them feel better tomorrow because I'm going to go in in a good mood, and book a couple of days off in April. I would imagine that that will make them feel slightly more secure if they've been worried about what he's saying. And I'm going to stick it out for now.
By the way, the days off in April? One of those I'm going across to West Quay with my mum, and I have £70 in vouchers that I can use at Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop, Topman and Wallis! I'm also going to try and save about £50 for Primark (I love Primark, I'll be able to get so much with that). I'm a size 16-18 at the moment, but a lot of my clothes are still 20's because I haven't wanted to spend too much money if I'm losing weight. However I'm hoping I'll be a 14-16 by April and will really be able to treat myself!
