Today I am starting my journey on the Cambridge diet and can't wait to get started! I have my first meeting with my CDC later and will keep you all updated with my progress

Thank you for your support, this site looks brilliant and seems full of lovely people. I think it will really help me in my journey.

Day 4 for me on SS and I feel pretty optimistic!! I struggled on day 2/3 but today feels much better and no hunger pains or cravings hope this stays like this!!

For all those people just starting or on days 1-3 hang on in there!! It seems to get much easier on day 4

My 1st weigh in on Friday so fingers crossed. Will keep you posted.
