This is me so far the first at a 30th the beginning of this year and the second on a night out in July, still ahve 2 stone to go!! x

Thank you. I was 15stone 12lb and 5foot 5.

I was about 12 12 in the second pic.

Your losses are brill, how long have you been on cd? I am hoping to be finished and moving up the steps for xmas!!

Hey

I've been doing cd since July this year. I've a very long way to go still but it's been great so far. I reckon if I'm realistic I could be at goal for march time. Just taking each day at a time and if I get there b4 then I won't be complaining lol with your losses I'm sure ul be at maintenance in no time. You have done fantastic! Like a new person be proud of yourself.
