Started Slmfast today and feeling good so far! Need to get my bmi under 30 for IVF and my next appointment is in September so want to be as close to that as possible by then!

I have tried Cambridge, Slimming World and Weight Watchers, I am a serial diet swapper and fall off the wagon way to easiely, I cant cope with decisions on what to eat etc and its driving me mad. I work from 8am - 10pm monday to friday so find it really hard fitting in meals.

So today, so far I have had -

Breakfast - Strawberry Shake
Snack - SF Cheese bites
Lunch - WW Macaroni Cheese and 1 Cod Fillet in Kingsmill Breadcrumbs - total - 584 calories (does this sound ok??)
Snack - 1 banana
Dinner - Chocolate Shake
Snack - 1 Chocolate caramel SF bar

If anyone reads this, could you let me know if the above sounds ok/right?
