I'm new to this site and am also new to the Cambridge weight plan. I started on Friday, and after not weighing myself for probably 6 months, was quite shocked at the numbers that appeared before me!
I've found the first few days ok, managed a big family party in the sun with a BBQ and drinks flowing, with just my glass of water and a sneeky piece of lemon in it , was a bit light headed this morning but pulled through it.
I'm being weighed in again tomorrow so am hoping to have a little loss, even though it will have only been 4 days.
If anybody has any tips they would be greatly appreciated
