Just been catching up on your posts - you're doing fabulously hun!
I've noticed you keep saying about "blips" and that you've "cheated" - but look at your weight loss!! It's obviously working for you hun!!
SO...I think, you need to decide if you are going to carry on having "cheat days" and then just plan them in as part of your plan - i.e lose the guilt over them! As you seem to be loosing anyway!
Or stop having them completely and you will lose even more!!
Just stop being/feeling guilty about them! You're doing amazingly and need to be proud of that not feel guilty at all.
CD is not just about getting the weight off, its about allowing us to take a step back from having to eat conventional food so we can learn to stop binge eating and make healthier food choices - you're doing this!! amazingly well! so there's NO need at all to feel guilty! what you ARE feeling is hunger - and when you're eating you're choosing good food choices - chicken salad etc.... (minus the steak and chips and maccie d's!) lol!
Just keep doing what you're doing and you're going to be at goal in no time! You're my inspiration! So stop feeling bad and feel GOOD GOOD GOOD!! you've made this choice to change your life and its working so feel proud and amazing and happy!!
I'm going to take a similar approach to CD as you when I get started.....I'm going to start on SS for the first 12 weeks and then after that mix it up between SS, SS+ and 810 plan until I get close to goal. I'm going to plan small "cheat" days in - but I'm going to positively call these "treat" days....so that I don't feel any guilt over them so that when the weight is off for good and I go on to eat a healthy diet 90% of the time and allow myself treats the other 10%....for me CD is going to be about setting up positive eating habits for the future - so there's no place for guilt! If, when I get to my "treat" days I don't want a treat - I won't have it! There's always another day when I will!

I start mine on Friday 23rd April.....although I'm hoping I can start earlier as I'm in the zone now and anxious to start! I meet my CD consultant tomorrow so will see what she says, I think she's going to advise me doing the 810 plan or higher til I get my blood tests back, but I know it might sound silly, but I either want to start SS properly straight away or wait til I can and do my own thing til then.
I noticed you're from Swansea!
I'm not far......Llantrisant. I went to Uni in Swansea and love it there! Singleton park (pub on the pond!) or Mumbles - there's nowhere nicer in the sun!
We'll all have to have a CD meeting up session! Wait til I've started and lost some weight tho! lol!
With all the classes you're doing you sound like you go to a similar gym to me - are you in an Esporta by any chance?? I go to the one in Bridgend!
