well just back from 6th wi and........... lost 3 lb im happy with that as ive eventually got totm lol so heres hoping to gettin rid of more next week :)
 
Well done hun, seems like your back on the wagon again? Are you starting to notice the weight loss now? Are other people? Thats the best bit, when people notice it! :)
 
Yayy! Sounds like your back on track now! Not been tp the gym for 6 days now oops! But I have been working more and that invovles running about lol. Hope the kids get better soon x
 
kez i have to say that noone has mentioned that i have lost weight quite disheartening really as makes me think i must have been so huge in the first place lol that that i still look big??

weekend update, after a planned break sat i ate a mcdonalds, steak and chips and lots of lager sat night only to wake up sun morn with the dreaded bug!! couldnt stop being sick etc so am feeling pretty rough tbh.

on the plus side at least i got rid of all the bad things i put into my body sat :) lol strange way to think but true lol. so have decided no more blips or coming off plan until my hols which are in 81 days and counting lol.

well hope your all well this gets very quiet on weekends x
 
ello still got bug yuk!! went to docs today but he just confirmed what i suspected lol. so only drinking flat coke as that is doctors orders :) ooooh what a treat! ym im sure youl have lost loads!! good luck and let me know how you do x
 
aw thankyou guys :) well just been to gym to a body jam class lol it was hilarious! lol i kept bumping into the girl next to me and going the wrong way lmao it was a mixture of salsa hiphop etc and i thought seen as i was still recovering from bug it would be a easy class ha ha how wrong was i!!

anyways still cant face any cd products but got wi tom so will hopefully will have a chat with cdc and be feeling loads better.im tad confused though as i havent eaten since my binge sat will i be in ketosis? i havent any sticks so cant check but it would be great if i was :)

excited for wi tom im hoping for 2 lbs .
 
That sounds like me at aqua aerobics, the shallow end isnt that big so people are huddled together, not a good mix with a numpty like me! Good luck for WI tomorrow, im sure you'll do 2lbs easily!
 
well 7th wi and lost 4 lbs so am a very happy girl today :) if i can keep doing even 2 lbs a week by june il be in the 14s which ihavent been since i was 17 :0 . will update more later but am trying to control 4 under 3 s at the mo 3 of which are mine and my niece lol.
 
well have been to the gym, didnt go last night as was feeling light headed and so so tired after work and 5 am start.so today worked extra hard and feel good now.got work at 2 til 10 tonite so lots of water down the hatch as get really hot at work.

nothing else to report really and hope everyone is doing good :)
 
well worked all weekend and then went out for a few drinks last nite :) only had one vodka and yes i realise that this is wrong but i only had the
one and had ss+ meal before hand.been to gym today and did body pump so will have to have ss + meal tonite aswell.

no news tyo report apart from the fact i havent jumped on scales like i would normally do lol as i dont know if i want to know as really really want to get into 15 s this week but that means getting a 5 lb loss. i can only but hope.

had chicken n mushroom soup today and it tasted very odd? im wandering if my tastes are changing? i suppose it can haqppen. anyway taking bambinos to grandmas for tea, roast beef i have to somehow resist as my mums roasts are legendary.and im feeling very hungry today i think its the excercising maybe.

Just been catching up on your posts - you're doing fabulously hun!

I've noticed you keep saying about "blips" and that you've "cheated" - but look at your weight loss!! It's obviously working for you hun!!

SO...I think, you need to decide if you are going to carry on having "cheat days" and then just plan them in as part of your plan - i.e lose the guilt over them! As you seem to be loosing anyway!

Or stop having them completely and you will lose even more!!

Just stop being/feeling guilty about them! You're doing amazingly and need to be proud of that not feel guilty at all.

CD is not just about getting the weight off, its about allowing us to take a step back from having to eat conventional food so we can learn to stop binge eating and make healthier food choices - you're doing this!! amazingly well! so there's NO need at all to feel guilty! what you ARE feeling is hunger - and when you're eating you're choosing good food choices - chicken salad etc.... (minus the steak and chips and maccie d's!) lol!

Just keep doing what you're doing and you're going to be at goal in no time! You're my inspiration! So stop feeling bad and feel GOOD GOOD GOOD!! you've made this choice to change your life and its working so feel proud and amazing and happy!!

I'm going to take a similar approach to CD as you when I get started.....I'm going to start on SS for the first 12 weeks and then after that mix it up between SS, SS+ and 810 plan until I get close to goal. I'm going to plan small "cheat" days in - but I'm going to positively call these "treat" days....so that I don't feel any guilt over them so that when the weight is off for good and I go on to eat a healthy diet 90% of the time and allow myself treats the other 10%....for me CD is going to be about setting up positive eating habits for the future - so there's no place for guilt! If, when I get to my "treat" days I don't want a treat - I won't have it! There's always another day when I will!

I'll keep catching up on your posts to see how you're doing, if you don't mind?

I start mine on Friday 23rd April.....although I'm hoping I can start earlier as I'm in the zone now and anxious to start! I meet my CD consultant tomorrow so will see what she says, I think she's going to advise me doing the 810 plan or higher til I get my blood tests back, but I know it might sound silly, but I either want to start SS properly straight away or wait til I can and do my own thing til then.

I noticed you're from Swansea!

I'm not far......Llantrisant. I went to Uni in Swansea and love it there! Singleton park (pub on the pond!) or Mumbles - there's nowhere nicer in the sun!

We'll all have to have a CD meeting up session! Wait til I've started and lost some weight tho! lol!

With all the classes you're doing you sound like you go to a similar gym to me - are you in an Esporta by any chance?? I go to the one in Bridgend!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi and let you know that you're doing amazingly and KEEP IT UP!!

helloo yummy!! well youve made my day thankyou v v much :) you have hit the nail exactly on the head by my cheating lol.i think i would find it too hard to be 100 ss every day of the week and yes i prob would lose more a week but i am in abit of a strange routine doing what i do.it obviously works which is the main thing and thing is i have 5 children and work so now and then i need some food and apart from the mccds lol and steak i do make good choices as u said. it really is changing the way i think about food, which i think is part of the cd journey?

whayhey another welshie love it! no i go to the village in swansea its fab and i love the classes, im from mumbles and live 2 mins from pub on the pond lol would be fab to have a meet up! this forum is fab i wouldnt have stuck it if it hadnt have been for on here thats the god honest truth!! are you on fb? could keep in touch through that aswell if you like?

i hope you can start asap as when you are in the zone is the exact time you should start otherwise i think it would be a right struggle, let me know how you get on hun !
