Well today the exercise starts. I live right by a lake (which I have a beautiful view of from my balcony). Today we are going to walk the long way round the to get into it and then walk round the lake. Its quite a way but I know I really need the exercise......so wich me luck!!! Lol xxx

It's been gorgeous even up here in North Yorkshire! Well done on your walk again! We have had 3 wedding couples come for meetings and the day has gone so quick!
