My journey :-)

Day 5 of the diet and I have turned into a monster! 28 days smoke free and been healthy eating since Monday! I am a grumpy person at the moment and am pretty sure i am driving my poor mum mad! Its the weekend so a couple of days to relax and will hopefully be feeling better by Monday. Dreading getting on the scales on Monday night for my first weigh in.
Glad i am not at a class or anything at the moment though because i am finding it ok following the slimming world diet using all my old books and stuff from when i used to go!
Best friends birthday night out last night but couldnt make it, didnt fancy going out and want to lose more weight before i start going out again.
My birthday night out is in 3 weeks, i want to have lost 10lbs by then!


My First Mini Goal -
Lose 10lb by Friday 17th February (my birthday night out)
 
So I got weighed this morning before work..... lost 11.5 lbs!!!!

First mini goal of losing 10lbs by 17th February is reached already, in my first week...

so so happy and realy determined to lose the weight this time.
