I lost quite a bit on CD a few years ago, I didnt really get to target, and have put a stone or so back on, lots of excuses, Christmas, Birthdays, New York (gotta eat loads there, right??!) Easter and so on.

I have made a few starts on S&S and lasted up to day 10, lost like 11lbs or so and then slowly put it back on, started again after a few weeks of crazy eating (because I knew I was going back on the shakes) Then down to a tiny amount of calories, failing at it again and so the cycle goes.

This has to be my last shot, get the weight off and then calorie count at target. If I dont manage to get to target on S&S I will go straight to calorie counting. I have to stop this purge/starve cycle.

so day 1 and 2 100% .............:D
