My lazy butt to my tone butt

I'm on my phone currently so not sure how this is going to look on the site but here is a quick run down of me! I am 26yr old, divorced, mommy of one, I watch little ones out of my home, I lost 60lbs in six months strictly calorie counting back in late 09-10. Gained back about 15lbs since then. And I am wanting to lose about 10lbs now and get very tone. So with weekly exercise and a good healthy but yummy diet I'm on my way! Lucky me gets to stay home and cook and plan my meals. So I will be posting my diet, and exercise plan.... And we'll I'm just a bored house mommy and this will give me extra to do! Ha enjoy!!

Well caught it a little late! But here is breakfast 7am, 35 cal bread toasted, crunchy peanut butter, 1/4 of a cut up banana! Yummy! And cranberry vitamins, and milk thistle.

Oh and a little insight to me, I hardly ever drank water until I lost my other lbs.. Now I am obsessed with drinking water, I am a endless pit.. I probably drink too much but oh we'll at least it's calorie free! Boom! Ha

10am snack, bowl of the 110 calorie vanilla yogurt, granola sprinkled on top! Yum


Well I slacked yesterday posting,

Lunch was whole wheat wrap with turkey sausage, half a piece of cheese, a fresh yummy tomato, lettuce.

Snack 3pm, cut up whole banana, chocolate syrup, and 10 cal whipped cream...YUMMY!!

Dinner was from the GYM pool, which I was thinking would be a healthy chicken wrap.. boy was I wrong, but since I paid $3.00 and my little one had no plans of leaving and I was starving from working out... FRIED "gross but yummy" chicken, teeeeenie bit of lettuce, ALOT of cheese, ALOT of ranch dressing... I felt sad eating it but it tasted good lol, little one had a couple large bites so I felt a little better lol.

Snack about 8pm, We for the first time popped our own popcorn using kernels and a paper bag. No butter or salt! Was really good.


I also had a mix drink, dragon fruit rum "two shots" 40 cal cranberry juice and diet sprite. Was my mommy snack for the day lol


All in all other than the chicken wrap im very happy with my day!!


Also worked out, did 16 mins on the elliptical burned 145 cals, then did 15lb weights about 100 times in different styles, then the leg crunch machine, 100 times two different ways then 30 times one way. Then gave up and left lol
As I am writing this the next morning, I must have done a good job because sitting down hurts HAHA!

Breakfast 7am - Pre made recipe from pintrest healthy section, I put an egg, salsa, broccoli and a teenie bit of cheese into a muffin pan and baked a whole sheet, stored them. So I am eating one of those. If I wasn't dieting I would love to load it with cheese and salt because its lacking but oh well its healthy! Good source of protein and fiber.
