My main problem is making myself eat breakfast and more food in general!!

Hi all, I am new on here, I have done sw in the old days when it was just red and green, and i was successful, now started it at home again, sadly due to no meetings near me on the days I can go, finding it all ok, but my main problem is i guess I am a lazy eater if that makes sense, I hate eating first thing in the morning and as the day goes on if I am off work, I tend to not bother eating as much as i should, I am scared that just having fruits, yoghurts and easy free foods wont ne doing me any favours. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated :):) x
