Wednesday - Homemade Sausages, Eggs, Chips & Beans

Thursday - Chicken Curry

Friday - Liver & Onions with mixed veg

Saturday - Cottage Pie with Carrot & Potato Mash

Sunday - Diet Coke Chicken with Quick Risotto

Monday - Jacket Potato with tin Mean Beanz


Also going to be trying a new pudding recipe - Cardamom & Vanilla Pannacottas

Sounds delicious! I try to do a weekly menu but I hate restrictions and end up rebelling against the menu I created myself! I still do it but just use it as a rough guide these days. So well done you!

I've made the pannacottas and loved them but I think I over did the cardmom. May do them again now you've brought it up, thanks.

How do u make homemade Sausages? is it with pork mince and sharped into sausages?
and what is diet Coke Chicken with Quick Risotto, sounds different ?

Diet Coke Chicken is fabulous recipe you have to try it, add a sprinkle of ginger and garlic and it tastes like Chinese takeaway!
